Narrow Bridge Candles is partnering with community members in Deir al Balah - committed to sustaining life in Gaza in the face of the Zionists’ genocidal starvation campaign. We hope this training will empower you to fundraise for people surviving attempted genocide in Gaza as well as to educate others in how to take action for Palestine. Monthly trainings will be offered followed by support calls with coaching and guidance from mentors.
These trainings will offer tools for effective grassroots fundraising, tips for trauma-informed communication with Palestinians on the ground, and collective care to sustain our long haul work.

What is a Support Team?
A Mentored Support Team is a group of two or more people corresponding with a family or person in Deir al-Balah known to the collective through our mutual verification process. The goals are to offer both moral support through checking in, witnessing, and letting them know someone cares, and material support through fundraising for recurring and one-time donations. There are mentors and other collective members available to offer support, troubleshoot from their own experience, and connect from shared goals and values.
